After your Account’s deletion the active subscription will be canceled.

Yes, training program can be taken from the age of 18, however please check Terms of Use to be aware of restrictions.

The average duration of each training session is from 40 to 50 minutes, depending on your fitness conditions.

The training program is designed for 30 days, consisting of 24 training sessions + 6 days of rest. We recommend following this pattern: 5 days of classes and 1 day off.

Everything is individual and much depends on the characteristics of your body: on the structure of the pelvic bones, genetics, metabolism, physical fitness, self-performance and discipline. However, the first visible results can be seen after 30 days of regular exercise.

You may use cubes, belts and pillows or a blanket (under the knees) to put your stretching self-trainings on the upper comfort level.

In order to perform self-trainings safely to your health, we highly recommend you to consult with your physician prior to course exercising.

Our self-training courses are not adapted for pregnant women. Also, we do not recommend taking non-adapted courses after childbirth, especially if the childbirth has happened within a period of 3-4 months. We do highly recommend avoiding self-trainings for Internet users diagnosed with dysplasia.
